Can you drive a car with an intake manifold leak?

It depends on how bad the intake manifold leak is as to whether you can continue to drive the car with the intake manifold leak.

If the intake manifold leak is just a small intake manifold leak then the engines computer should adjust the fuel mixture properly for it to not be a problem.

But if the intake manifold leak is more severe then it can cause problems with the engine such as running rough, stalling, increase fuel consumption and possibly engine damage if driven too long.

I would try to get the intake manifold gasket replaced and fix the intake manifold leak as soon as possible to prevent problems and the potential of being stranded somewhere.
