Once the needle biopsy has been sent off to the lab it can take around 2 to 3 days to get the results from the needle biopsy.
Some cases may take up to 10 days if it's more complex but you should hear from your doctor within 3 days about the needle biopsy results but if not then you can call your doctor to see about the test results.
