Avoid stress. I know that's easier said than done especially today.
But do your best to avoid any stress as stress increases your blood pressure which can lead to a heart attack.
Eat healthy. Avoid foods high in fat, high in cholesterol. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Get plenty of exercise, try to get as much exercise as possible. If possible walk instead of taking the car. Walking helps improve your heart health, blood circulation and helps to lower your blood pressure.
