When you have no established credit rating it can be hard to get loans or any other credit cards that people with good credit ratings can get.

When your credit is not established you'll need to build your credit up first by getting a secured credit card such as the secured credit card through capital one.

When you get a secured credit card and use the secured credit card responsibly then your credit will start building and overtime your credit score will improve to where you can get other traditional loans and credit cards.

To get a secured credit card you apply for the credit card and put up a deposit on the secured credit card such as $200.00 which is then your credit limit.

You then use the secured credit card as normal and pay the bill on time and then overtime as your credit use is good and your credit score has improved you'll get the deposit back.

Then you can get regular credit cards and loans once your credit score has gone up to a good level.
