What happens if perfume gets in your eye?

If perfume happens to get into your eye or eyes immediately run some water over the eye to flush the perfume out of the eye.

Getting into the shower and holding your eyelids open works good for this and run cool water over the eyes and in 15 to 20 minutes the perfume should be washed out of the eye.

You can also use a sprayer from a kitchen sink if you want too instead of the shower but you need to irrigate the eye and wash the inside of the eyelids out as well with cool water.

If your vision suddenly gets worse then you should go to an eye doctor or urgent care to prevent blindness or other eye problems but usually just irrigating the eyelids and eyes can wash the perfume out of the eye and you shouldn't have any more problems.
