Both allopathic doctors and osteopathic doctors work in the same hospitals and are both highly trained doctors.

But an osteopathic doctor is trained even higher and specializes in other areas of medicine that the allopathic doctor does not.

An Osteopathic doctor emphasizes on the entire bodies system to treat and cure conditions and bot doctors can prescribe medication.

But Osteopathic doctors also use other non medicine treatments such as spinal manipulation or massage therapy, as part of their treatment whereas an allopathic doctor just mainly focuses on actual medication.
