The sacroiliac joint pain usually gets worse when standing or walking but walking can help eventually relieve the sacroiliac joint pain.

Start by walking 20 minutes per day twice per week then eventually walk 20 minutes everyday after that if possible.

Going to a chiropractor can also help to relieve sacroiliac joint pain and then recovery can take 3 to 4 weeks to heal.
