The most common cause of toe numbness is compression of the nerves in your toes.
Sometimes this is caused by shoes and other footwear that is too small and compressing the nerves so you might need to try a bigger size shoe if your toes continue to get numb.
Injuries and other nerve damage to your foot or toes can also lead to toe numbness due to poor blood circulation so you might want to see a doctor about it or more specifically a foot doctor if the numbness continues especially after you've tried different sized shoes.
