It's important to celebrate memorial day because Memorial Day is the day of remembrance for the people who served in the war and either died in the war or died after serving the war.
People who fought for our country made the ultimate sacrifice and some died doing the job of fighting for our freedom here in the USA.
So it's important to remember those people who have made this country free and for the lives we have.
