Yes rosemary is a natural treatment for helping with anxiety and has been used for years and does work.

The rosemary has calming effects once it reaches your brain and then the rosemary tells your brain to send signals to calm your body down.

I always use rosemary when I'm suffering from anxiety and it works better than other anxiety medications and is not harmful like prescription anxiety medication can be.

The rosemary also slows down your pulse rate when it's high which is another way it helps calm anxiety.

You can put the rosemary in a diffuser or sniff the rosemary in through your nose or breath it in through your mouth.

The rosemary oil can also be diluted with a carrier oil and applied to your wrist to help calm anxiety.

Thanks for the information.  I did not know that rosemary helps with anxiety.  I take nootropicboost medications that improve concentration and stimulate mental activity.
