This answer appears to be a duplicate error?

When submitting an answer to a question on here I got an error that stated that the answer I was posting appeared to be a duplicate?

I only tried to submit once.

It'll do that if you hit the add answer button twice before it has gone through.

If you go back to the category or index page you should see your answer in the question.
