Yes research has show that if you eat blueberries or strawberries daily you can ward off decline or memory including dementia.
I do notice an improvement in my brain function since I began eating a bowl full of blueberries daily in the morning for my breakfast.
I also love to add some blueberries to my morning cereal which makes the cereal even better and I'm more alert during the day and feel much better as well.
Blueberries are a great antioxidant as well and provide your body with vitamins which can help fight off viruses including the flu and cold virus.
