The age 67 is not young per say but it certainly is not really old either today.
The age 67 is just a few years after retirement age and with today we have advanced medicine and medical equipment that can allow us to live even longer which means that some people can live 90 to 100 years old or even more.
If you stay active before you reach 67 and beyond you can feel young at any age and should be able to do a lot when you reach 67.
I would consider 90 to 100 years to be old today but certainly not 67.
