The smaller RV's don't require a special CDL drivers license in order to drive them.
If the RV is a larger RV and especially if it has air brakes then you will need to have a CDL to drive the RV.
If the motorhome is over over 26,000 lbs then you usually do require a CDL to operate the RV.
Most smaller RV's can be driven legally with a regular drivers license.
