As soon as you quit smoking cigarettes you should notice your blood pressure start going down within 20 to 30 minutes after quitting smoking.

After 2 to 3 weeks you should start seeing your blood pressure normal out and blood flow improving.

Once the blood flow starts improving and your blood pressure starts lowering to normal then your chances of getting heart disease decreases as well.

Quitting smoking is a good thing and will improve your health and keep your blood pressure in check.

Walking is also good for lowering your blood pressure as well as taking Apple Cider Vinegar daily.
