Should you hope to die at age 75?

There is a guy named Ezekiel J. Emanuel which was then age 57 said that he wanted to die 18 years later at the age of 75?

He said that it was better to let nature take it's course and die earlier instead of living a longer age.

I don't think I would be hoping to die at age 75 as I know a guy who is 95 that is in good health and very active and fit and I hope to make it to 100 at least and be very active and fit during that time.

Getting older doesn't always mean you'll be frail or unable to do anything in old age unless you don't stay active and just sit around.

You only get one chance at life here on earth and you shouldn't hope to die at any age.

What you should hope for is a very long and healthy life.

Staying active and keeping busy and moving around and eating healthy can help you prolong your life and keep your joints working properly.

Now if I was in bad health where I couldn't have a good quality of life then dying before I reached that bad health would be good.

But I've seen many 90 year olds that are very active and can run and walk on their own without assistance and have a good mind and good quality of life.

So hope for a healthy life and work to help your body keep that healthy lifestyle and hope for a very long and healthy active life.

75 years old now is still young even though it might seem old.
