How fast can you lose weight with intermittent fasting?

When intermittent fasting you should be able to lose at least 8% body fat within 20 to 24 weeks.

At that rate it would mean that you'd lose 0.55 pounds of weight and body fat each week.

If you do alternate day fasting you can lose even more weight at 1.65 pounds of weight per week but even intermittent fasting is a good way to lose weight.
