Fatty Tumors usually occur on larger or overweight dogs and are non cancerous and are just fatty tissue build up in the dogs skin.

Fatty Tumors on dogs can either be located on the skin, like a mole, or under the skin and are not harmless even though they look like they could be.

Non cancerous tumors on dogs are soft to the touch and are made up of harmless fatty tissue.
