Most times you never feel anything when you have high blood pressure and may not know you have high blood pressure unless you take a blood pressure reading.

Sometimes high blood pressure may cause you to black out or you might experience a pounding in the head that doesn't go away.

I would recommend getting a blood pressure monitor which aren't very expensive and are easy to use and keep a check on your blood pressure.

High blood pressure if not corrected can lead to heart disease, heart attacks, strokes and even death.

You can eat garlic to lower blood pressure or take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar which will lower blood pressure naturally as well.

You an also mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water which makes it easier to swallow and will lower blood pressure.
