Not all scrap metal yards will be open on Sunday and not every area has more than one scrap yard so it's hard to find a scrap yard open on Sunday.
Some scrap yards in some states and towns have started staying open on Sunday though but usually it's only for half the day and then they close.
You may be able to find a scrap yard that open on Saturday though but Sunday scrap yards are usually closed.
