Being a Vegan doesn't always mean you'll live a longer life than someone who consumes meat.

Some Vegans have lived around 3 years longer than a non vegan but there's no way to tell if it was due to not consuming meat or not.

To be really healthy humans do need at least some meat in their diet so you may actually live longer by consuming some meat.

Meat contains protein that our bodies do need to stay healthy so if you love to eat meat go ahead because it's not gonna hurt you and may actually keep you healthier than just consuming vegan foods.
