After planting the potatoes it takes around 10 to 11 weeks for the potatoes to grow to full maturity and be ready to eat.
But for larger potatoes they should grow from 60 to 90 days before being picked and ready to eat for the larger variety of potatoes.
Be sure to water the potatoes constantly at least once every 2 to 3 days to keep the potatoes growing and healthy.
