When you give birth to a stillborn baby it's the parents responsibility on deciding what to do with the stillborn baby.
You have the option of having a traditional funeral or cremating the stillborn baby and the cost falls on the parents.
You can hold your stillborn if you want too and take pictures if you feel comfortable doing so then you register the baby and then get the funeral arrangements in place.
A coroner or the funeral home can then come and remove the stillborn babies body from the hospital and prepare for the funeral or cremation.
