Crabs in your pubic area are also known as pubic lice and can cause itching in the ball sack region.
The crabs or pubic lice usually hang out in your pubic hair which is where they were on my balls and yes I was very itchy down there.
You can use a magnifying glass to help see the crabs or pubic lice in your pubic hair because they're tiny and sometimes can't be seen with your eyes without a magnifying glass.
If you have crabs or pubic lice you will or should see small, crab-shaped insects which likely means you're infested with crabs.
To kill the pubic lice or crabs use an anti lice shampoo and wash the hair around your testicles with the anti lice shampoo and use some over the counter lotion to help heal the area where the crabs were.
If you cannot see the lice then you can go to a doctor even though it can be embarrassing the doctors will be very professional and have seen it all before.
Applying some Apple Cider Vinegar to the area where the crabs are can also kill the lice in your pubic area but the lice shampoo would be best for treatment and use some lotion or see a doctor.
