There's no law against walking into a store or restaurant barefoot.

It's just policy of some stores and and restaurants as to whether you're allowed into the store or restaurant barefoot.

I've seen some people walking into Walmart before barefoot and nobody said anything to them or stopped them but the worst that will happen is they ask you to leave the store and come back with shoes on.

Walmart has no policies against people going barefoot in their stores.

Also there's no actual law that says you can't go into a store barefoot nor is it a health regulation.

It could however be up to the individual Walmart as to whether or not they would kick you out for walking around barefoot in Walmart.

I have noticed a few people walking around Walmart stores barefoot and nobody said anything.

Me personally I would avoid it as there could be something on the floor that you may not see and get stuck with it in your feet or a cut from a sliver of glass etc.

But Walmart stores do not forbid people from going into Walmart barefoot.

The worst that would happen though is you get asked to leave until you put shoes on.
