To remove sebum from your nose use an anti-acne soap which contains salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxcide, which open skin pores and suppress the skin's production of sebum.
Use that anti acne soap to wash your face with and your skin on your nose and it will remove the sebum and prevent sebum from building up again on your nose and face.
The anti acne soap will also help prevent acne breakouts.
You can also use an oil free facial cleanser to help clean the sebum from your face and nose as well which is also a good idea along with the anti acne soap.
