Making money requires spending money or doing something such as work which is spending your time to make that money.
So no there really is no such thing as free money unless someone just decided to give you money for nothing but that is rare for that to happen.
To make money you need to either invest some of your current money or use your time to make money so it's not really free because you'd be spending your time which is the most valuable thing that you can never make back.
