The symptoms of a soy allergy are flushing of the skin or skin redness, Tingling in the mouth, Abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting, runny nose, wheezing or other breathing difficulties, Scaly itching skin or hives, swelling of the tongue, lips, mouth, face or throat.

If you think you have a soy allergy then you should get tested by a doctor and avoid eating anything that contains soy because it can be serious.
