The Great Pyrenees dog breed is pretty good around other dogs including smaller dogs but they do prefer to avoid smaller dogs especially if the smaller dog is trying to harass the Great Pyrenees dog.
The Great Pyrenees dog will fight off smaller dogs if they feel threatened but they're usually pretty playful dogs and will play good with smaller dogs too.
