Yes now Uterine Cancer or endometrial cancer can be detected by having Pap Smears Done.

Pap Smears can usually detect endometrial cancer because the cervical fluid that is collected during a Pap smear can contain cells, including cancer cells, that have been shed from the ovaries or endometrium which is the lining of the uterus.

Some other tests may need to be done if the Pap Smear is not enough of a test but usually the Pap Smear can detect the endometrial cancer.
