Depends or other incontinence supplies aren't always tax deductible but in some cases they are if the depends or other incontinent supplies or diapers are needed.

According to the IRS guidelines for the Depends or Incontinence Supplies to be deductible as a medical expense the depends or other Incontinent supplies have to be needed to relieve the effects of a particular disease.

That doesn't really make sense to me but that what the IRS guidelines say.

However even though you may not be able to deduct the depends from the taxes you might still get health insurance to help pay for the depends or other diapers for incontinence including anything else that is needed for incontinence.
