Wet wipes are considered liquid on a plane since wet wipes do contain some liquid which makes and keeps the wet wipes moist.
Usually though you can just place the wet wipes in a Ziploc bag to contain it again and put in your carry on luggage so you can usually carry more of the other liquids plus the wet wipes along with those liquids.
