When USPS tracking information says information available soon it means that USPS hasn't gotten the package into it's system yet.
The USPS shipping label has been created and postage has been paid and it's ready to be taken to the USPS or for the USPS to come pick up the package.
It will update to origin scan or something similar when the USPS has the package in it's possession.
