Can eating too much fruit make you gain weight?

Fruit is healthy for you when you're trying to lose weight and provides you with needed vitamins to boost your immune system as well as fight off diseases.

So eating fruits in moderation is healthy for you and should do so.

But the natural sugar and calories that fruit contains can cause you to gain weight instead of losing weight when you eat too much fruit.
