There are no restrictions that say you cannot wear hearing aids on an airplane.
So yes you are allowed to wear hearing aids on an airplane and even Cochlear Implants are okay to go on an airplane but if you use an additional FM assistive listening device then the additional FM assistive listening device must be turned off during the flight.
