Is eating too much fruit bad for weight loss?

Yes eating too much fruit when you're trying to lose weight can be bad since the sugar contained in the fruit could actually cause an increase in weight along with the calories.

Eating fruit in moderation though is perfectly fine while losing weight but just avoid overeating the fruit due to the calories and sugar content.

As long as you exercise after eating the fruit then you should still continue to lose the desired weight.
