Blood Pressure shouldn't cause an increase in your body temperature but during the winter months when you're cold then your blood pressure can rise due to narrowing of the blood vessels which then increases your blood pressure.

During the summer months when it's hot outside and your body is also hot then your blood pressure can actually decrease some and if you get too hot your blood pressure could become dangerously low.
