UPS will deliver packages on the 23rd the day before Christmas Eve but Christmas Eve is a no delivery day for UPS and if the package isn't delivered to you on the 23rd then the UPS package will be delivered the day after Christmas which is December 26th.
That's why it's good to order Christmas Presents or anything you need delivered well before Christmas to allow enough time for delivery.
