Both male and female dogs can become aggressive if not treated properly or if someone is constantly teasing them or abusing them but male dogs are actually the gender of dog breed that is the more aggressive of the two.

Female dogs are usually less aggressive or less prone to become aggressive than male dogs and usually when you have a male dog neutered it tends to make them less aggressive too.

Female dogs are also easier to train and to housebreak as well.
