Term Life Insurance and Whole Life Insurance are both good ways to get Life Insurance but with Term Life Insurance the premiums paid are only paid out to the funeral home and for your final expenses upon your death and Term Life Insurance does not build Cash Value that you can cash out on before your death.
Whole Life Insurance on the other hand builds cash value overtime that you can cash out on before you die and then you may use the cash for paying for your funeral ahead of time and for anything else you want to use the cash for.
In my opinion though Whole Life Insurance is the better option for Life Insurance since it builds the Cash Value whereas Term Life Insurance does not and is only paid out once you die.
