In some ways cloth diapers are better than disposable diapers as in they're cheaper money wise since you only need to buy one set of cloth diapers and then you can reuse the cloth diapers over and over and on different kids.

But then again since you need to wash the cloth diapers and clean them then you're not saving anything since it requires extra work to clean and wash cloth diapers.

Babies are also more prone to diaper rashes from wearing cloth diapers since the cloth diapers don't absorb the wetness as good as cloth diapers and don't hold the wetness away from the babies skin like disposable diapers do so you'll need to change the cloth diapers more often than disposable diapers.

In my opinion cloth diapers are not any cheaper than just paying for disposable diapers when you factor in the time you need to spend to clean the cloth diapers.

Disposable diapers are not that expensive and only cost around $2.00 to $3.00 per day for each child and at my job I could make $100.00 per day so I would not be saving any money since I could make more money at my job in the same amount of time it takes to clean the cloth diapers.

Cloth diapers are not as comfortable for the baby or toddler as disposable diapers are and the cloth diapers require more work.

Cloth diapers allow the babies and toddlers skin to be in contact with the urine which causes more rashes whereas disposable diapers suck in the wetness and keeps the babies or toddlers skin drier so disposable diapers are much better in that regard.

Cloth diapers however don't contain the chemicals that disposable diapers do but the disposable diapers are still better for your baby or toddler because they feel much drier.
