If you believe in the bad luck and superstitions then yes according to some cultures sleeping with your feet facing the door is supposed to bring you bad luck.
So if you believe in the superstitions then yes it's bad to sleep with your feet facing the door but I've never had any bad luck or anything bad happen when sleeping with my feet facing the door.
But of course I don't believe in the superstitions.
