Stress Incontinence is unexpected leakage of urine that is caused by pressure or sudden muscle contractions on the bladder.

Urge Incontinence is when the bladder contracts when it shouldn't thus causing some urine to leak through the sphincter muscles that normally hold the bladder closed.

No matter what type of Urinary Incontinence you have your doctor can almost always help you cure the incontinence and get it stopped.

If the urinary incontinence is bad enough then you may want to wear some incontinence pads or adult diapers to help prevent getting your pants wet.
