Not really since the parent would need to consent to the life insurance because the parent would need to have a medical exam before the life insurance policy is issued to the policy holder.
So would have to get the parents consent and let them know you want to get life insurance on them because they would have to go to the doctor to get an exam before the Life Insurance would be approved for them.
If your parents don't want life insurance then there's nothing you can do about it if they don't consent.
