Used cars when bought from a used car dealer usually have just a 1 day cooling period which is the amount of time given to you to end the contract without large penalties that will occur should you cancel the vehicle contract.
Only used cars have a cooling off period but new cars do not have a cooling off period and licensed used car dealers cannot refuse to give you a cooling off period for used cars.
