Mixing Cinnamon and Honey together does help to lower my blood pressure so it does work.
To lower my blood pressure using Cinnamon and Honey I mix a tablespoon of Cinnamon into some honey and then eat it twice per day and I do notice my blood pressure lowers within about an hour of eating the Cinnamon and Honey.
Eating Cinnamon and Honey together also lowers the risk of developing heart disease as well.
