Are there any places in the world where flies don't occur?

Are there any places on earth where flies don't live? If there is I want to move there.
Every summer my house seems to get swarmed with flies. That's the only reason I love winter time. The flies and mosquitoes aren't around.

It would be nice if they didn't exist anywhere in the world. But I don't think there is a place where flies don't exist.

I'd loved to be proven wrong on that though.
