Yes peroxide and Betadine is good for treating infected wounds.

The Betadine and peroxide can help to get rid of the bacteria in the infected wound bed so it will speed up the healing of the wound when you use Betadine and Peroxide together.

Be aware though that Betadine can sometimes irritate some peoples skin so if it does then you should discontinue use of it.

You can also use some Apple Cider Vinegar on infected or open wounds because Apple Cider Vinegar is antibacterial and antiviral which can also kill the bacteria naturally and protect and heal the open wound.
