Baby Diapers.
If you use or plan on using Disposable diapers make sure you stock up on plenty of diapers because you will need them. You won't need as many newborn diapers because they'll outgrow the newborn diapers pretty quickly.
But you should have plenty of the other sizes.
If you use cloth you will only need to buy enough to get your through till they're potty trained which won't be as much needed diapers since you can re use cloth diapers.
A few other things that you will need are, car seat, crib, stroller, bibs, highchair, diaper rash cream, diaper bag,baby bottles,formula and the most important thing is MONEY. You're gonna need lots of money to purchase all those baby items and essentials.
