Yes Sate Farm Insurance will insure a vehicle that has either a rebuilt title or a salvage title and they will not even ask whether it's a rebuilt or salvage title.

State Farm will however ask if the vehicle has had or has prior damage but they will insure the vehicle for at least liability auto insurance with the rebuilt or salvage title.
